Explicit ‘Diddy tapes’ were sold in Hollywood before being released to the public, lawyer claims

An attorney representing Sean “Diddy” Combs’ new accuser claims he was approached about the “sale of one of the Diddy tapes” featuring the rapper, who was indicted last week on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He’s “higher profile” than Combs.

“There were already leaked tapes circulating in Hollywood, but a certain person contacted me to purchase a particular video they had and contact the person featured in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video,” Ariel Mitchell-Kidd told NewsNation on Friday. He said: “I would say the video is pornographic in nature… This was at his home in Atlanta and it doesn’t appear to me that the person is looking at the video.”

Mitchell-Kidd also stated that she was recently contacted by a new client who claimed Combs raped her in 2018 and filed a police report at that time.

“He called me and told me about the attack and his escape,” Mitchell-Kidd said. “He was at a friend’s house with industry ties and Diddy decided to come over.”

According to Mitchell-Kidd, her client became aware when Combs arrived that he planned to sell her for sex.

“This led to him being offered a drink. He started to feel dizzy. Mitchell-Kidd said Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object. “And then she instructed another gentleman to sexually assault her while he watched and enjoyed himself.”

Mitchell-Kidd said his client managed to escape by running into the street, where he was spotted by a neighbour.
