TQL Stadium selected to host 2025 FIFA Club World Cup

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – TQL Stadium has been selected as one of 12 venues to host matches of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.

“The FIFA Club World Cup 2025 will feature 12 magnificent stadiums where a new page in the global history of football will be written by great players from the 32 best clubs in the world,” said FIFA President Gianni Infantino.

FC Cincinnati’s home stadium was selected alongside 11 other venues for the tournament. The tournament has been expanded to include 32 clubs for the first time and will take place in the United States from June 15 to July 13.

“This new FIFA competition is the only true example of true solidarity and inclusivity in club football worldwide, allowing the best clubs from Africa, Asia, Central and North America and Oceania to play the powerhouses of Europe and South America in an incredible new World “This cup will greatly impact the growth of club football and global talent,” Infantino said.

  • Camping World Stadium (Orlando)
  • Inter&Co Stadium (Orlando)
  • Lincoln Financial Field (Philadelphia)
  • Lumen Area (Seattle)
  • Audi Field (Washington, DC)

TQL Stadium has hosted seven international matches, two concerts and has been the scene of the Orange and Blue competing in international competitions including the Concacaf Champions Cup and Leagues Cup.
