How to watch Uzumaki? Where is it broadcast from?

Both subtitled and dubbed versions of each Uzumaki episode will air first during US channel Adult Swim’s Toonami block. Both Japanese and English versions will be released on Max the next day. The subtitled version of Uzumaki Episode 1 will be released this Saturday, while the dubbed version will be released next Thursday. By the way, it can be watched as a broadcast on Sunday, September 29th.

What is Uzumaki about?

Uzumaki is based on the Japanese horror manga series of the same name, written and illustrated by Junji Ito, which was serialized in Shogakukan’s weekly seinen manga magazine Big Comic Spirits from 1998 to 1999. The official synopsis from Warner Bros. reads: “’Let’s just leave it at that. “The town is all together,” asks Shuichi Saito, former classmate of high school girl Kirie Goshima, who was born and raised in Kurouzu-cho. Everything spirals, from a strange tornado to smoke rising from the crematorium to the residents. People’s eyes dart, their tongues curl, and their bodies twist unnaturally. Kirie decides to escape from Kurouzu-cho to escape the curse of the spirals, but can she survive this chaos?
