STAMFORD, Connect. – September 27, 2024 – NBC Sports delivered exclusive coverage of Day 2 of the 2024 Presidents Cup at Royal Montreal Golf Club in Montreal, Canada, followed by Live Broadcast from Golf Central President’s Cup Post-round broadcast on GOLF Channel.

The international team won today’s four-ball session after the USA cruised through the four-ball session on Thursday to take the Presidents Cup to the weekend with a score of 5-5.

Tomorrow’s 11-hour Presidents Cup broadcast will begin at 7 a.m. ET on GOLF Channel and continue at 8 a.m. ET on NBC and Peacock.

Johnson Wagner Live Broadcast Date: “The momentum change happened immediately on the first hole (with Cantlay/Schauffele’s three-putt)… USA couldn’t gain any momentum. These putts didn’t seem to be moving quickly, they were dying on the holes… the USA was only ahead by one hole in any of the matches. Amazing. “I’ve never seen anything like it.”

Kaufman talks about Cantlay/Schauffele: “You don’t expect these guys to make holes, and right off the bat they gave up their first and the Internationals were on fire… by my count, eight straight birdies (to end the match). ”

McGinley: “I don’t remember the USA making a single hit today. “This is quite unusual.”

Hicks after Pendrith/Scott victory: “Today is a very different day. It’s hard to even imagine. The United States won just four holes today.

McGinley fell 1 behind on No. 15 with Scheffler’s birdie.: “This is great. This took a lot out of Scottie Scheffler. Everything is against you, there is no red on the board and you can answer bird with bird.”

INTERNATIONAL TEAM

On the international team, McGinley sweeps the foursome: “I didn’t think it was possible. I didn’t see 5-0 going the other way… However good the Americans’ performance was yesterday, it must be said that today was even better for the Internationals, not only in the golf they played but also in drag. They mentally picked themselves up after what happened yesterday.”
