Fly Direct to Nashville with New Direct Flights from Upstate NY

You may soon be able to fly from New York to Nashville a little faster for a little Boot Scootin’ Boogie. An airport will begin offering direct flights to Music City in 2025.

The only way to “Jet Up” non-stop to Nashville, Tennessee is to fly from New York City. Who would want to do that unless they already live in or around the Big Apple?

Flights from Syracuse, Rochester, or Albany airports have one or more stops. But that’s about to change.

Albany to Nashville

Albany International Airport will be operational soon New non-stop service to NashvilleTennessee Regular flights on Southwest Airlines begin April 8, 2025. The trip will be so short you won’t even have a tie to get “Drunk on the Plane”.

There will be a round-trip flight to Nashville each day from Sunday through Monday. If you choose to fly in and out of Nashville on Saturday, you’ll either need to head to New York or make a stop or two in Albany.
