Capable phone, valuable compromises

The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is surprisingly inferior to the flagship Galaxy S24. With a solid chipset, similar cameras, big battery and larger screen, the Fan Edition once again shows that mid-range phones are worth considering.

Want to pre-order the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE? It’s a pretty nice smartphone, especially considering its $650 price point. Samsung has decided to skip Qualcomm silicon and is using its own Exynos 2400e chip along with 8GB of RAM in all markets. This is a pretty cool setup; most users should not see any real slowdown. It also has a versatile triple camera setup and a nice-sized 4,700mAh battery. And if you plan to keep it for a long time, Samsung promises seven years of software updates.

If you are going to pre-order the device, be sure to check out the 50% discount offered. If you package these, you can get: Galaxy Buds FE for $50 or the Galaxy Watch FE for $100. You can also upgrade to the LTE Galaxy Watch FE model for $125. If you prefer Samsung Galaxy Buds 3You can also get a 25% discount on these, dropping the price to $135. Better yet, you can even add them all to your purchase if you want.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus

Those who need a much larger screen are probably turning their eyes to the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 series. These are high-end pads that are almost guaranteed to make it into our best Android tablets article, and they’ll probably be at the top of the list. Of course, these are not cheap, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus is the cheapest version at $1000.

Regardless, this is a very powerful device. It comes with MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor and 12GB RAM. The display is quite large at 12.4 inches, and its Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with sharp 2,800 x 1,752 resolution and smooth 120Hz refresh rate will look amazing. It also has a fairly large 10,090mAh battery. Of course, it also comes with a S Pen.

You’re already spending big bucks on this tablet, but you can save at least 50% on the Book Cover Keyboard Slim, which means you’ll have to pay $80. By the way, you can also add one. Galaxy Watch Ultra 25% off for $487.49. Galaxy Buds 3 Pro Plus, with a 25% discount, the cost drops to $187.49. Media consumption monster

Here’s Samsung’s biggest, baddest tablet. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra starts at $1,200 and is the company’s top-end tablet. It also comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor and the base models have 12GB of RAM, but you can upgrade to 16GB. The display also gets bumped up to a whopping 14.6 inches with a gorgeous Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with 2,960 x 1,848 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The battery is also bigger at 11,200mAh and of course you get an S Pen with it.

You’ll also be able to save 50% on the Book Cover Keyboard Slim, but since this model is larger and slightly more expensive, you’ll pay $100 for it. Just like the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus, you can bundle the Galaxy Watch Ultra for $487.49 and the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro for $187.49.
