Streamer ‘disgusted’ after creator allegedly sexually assaulted her during stream at TwitchCon

Twitch streamer Zenith shared a moment from her TwitchCon stream that showed her allegedly being sexually assaulted by another creator, leaving her “disgusted.”

TwitchCon Many streamers at the event were harassed and even caused a huge controversy on social media in San Diego. was physically harmed by other broadcasters.

Now another streamer is opening up about her experience at the convention and sharing a clip from her stream in which she was allegedly sexually assaulted by a friend Twitch streamer.

While streaming outdoors on Sunday, September 22nd, Zenith encountered another streamer named Zake. In a clip he shared online, Zake can be seen resting his head on his chest in a seemingly friendly embrace, before Zenith moves the camera to focus on his face; he is visibly stunned by what is happening off camera.

“Oh my God,” he said in shock. “Did Zakey just get an idea?”

“This is a whole different thing,” Zake said off-screen before asking her to look at the Twitch chat.

“Have a conversation, look at your face,” he insisted. “Wow,” Zenith audibly gasped.

“He just says, ‘Wow,'” Zake continued. “They don’t know what happened.”

According to Zenith, Zake sexually assaulted her during this encounter. In a tweet posted on September 25, she claimed Zake “motorboated” her after laying his head on her chest and then grabbed her hips when she asked him to look at her chat.

“I wasn’t going to post about this but it makes me feel absolutely disgusting,” she wrote. “This has been on my mind for three days and I can’t forget it. This all happened within an hour of us meeting. That’s not right, man.”

“Laughter is one of the greatest defense mechanisms,” he continued. “I had no idea how to react at that moment. I broke away and went into autopilot mode. I literally couldn’t even believe this thing was actually happening.”

Zenith’s tweet went viral, racking up over eight million views and over four thousand retweets as supporters shared their sympathy for the streamer.

Zake has since responded to the situation and apologized for the incident, garnering quite a bit of attention.

“As some of you know, I made a huge mistake Sunday night,” he wrote. “What was supposed to be a fun evening has now turned into a painful and upsetting experience for a twitch streamer. I crossed the line. I understand the seriousness of my actions.

“I am ashamed and truly and deeply sorry. “Words cannot express my regret, especially considering the impact I have had on this publisher’s life.”

Zake said he had stopped drinking alcohol and would receive counseling, and that he would “respect (Zenith’s) wishes and cease all contact with her.”

As previously mentioned, this is just one of several incidents that went viral at TwitchCon; a Kick publisher I kissed and licked Twitch stars nmplol and Wake Wilder during a meet and greet at the event.
