‘Inside Out 2’ Releases Today: Here Are the Casting Schedule and Release Details

Inside Out 2 — the highest grossing animated film of all time — has been released. The critically acclaimed sequel, Disney Plus Wednesday.

From Disney and Pixar, Inside Out 2 continues the story of 2015’s groundbreaking original. The sequel delves back into Riley’s mind as she enters her teenage years. The hub that houses her emotions undergoes a makeover of sorts as Anxiety, Jealousy, Shame, and Boredom enter the picture.

Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust have their work cut out for them. Not only must they deal with Riley’s burgeoning chaos, but their tight-knit team must also figure out how to work with these moody newcomers.

Amy Poehler returns as the voice of Joy, joined by Maya Hawke (Anxiety), Ayo Edebiri (Envy), Tony Hale (Fear), Lewis Black (Anger), Phyllis Smith (Sadness), Liza Lapira (Disgust), Paul Walter Hauser (Shame) and Adèle Exarchopoulos (Ennui).

CNET’s Meara Isenberg Reviewed Inside Out 2 When it first hit theaters, he called the film “a well-deserved sequel” that featured “punchy humor, incredible animation, and a willingness to explore a relevant new message.”

Inside Out 2’s streaming premiere is in time for Disney Plus’ new series to agree. Now through September 27, new and returning customers can sign up for the streamer’s Basic plan for just $2 a month for three months — a $6 drop from the standard $8 monthly price tag.
