New York Post Spotted Sebastian Maniscalco at MSG: Get Tickets

Sebastian Maniscalco just completed a five-day run Madison Square Garden as part of her ongoing “It Ain’t Right” tour — and we miss her already.

As a true fan (and equally true Italian), seeing Sebastian live at NYC’s premier entertainment venue was appointment viewing. Thankfully, the shrewd observational comedian lived up to my impossibly high expectations.

“When I come back to New York, I feel like I’m with 17,000 of my friends,” Maniscalco said to the sold-out stadium at the end of his performance on Sept. 19. “Whether it’s the way we grew up or something else, there’s something special about New York.”

True to himself, “It Ain’t Right” explores what’s happening in society and Maniscalco’s life right now, including paying $70 for parking and living every decade of life. No matter who you are, you’re guaranteed to laugh as the 53-year-old breaks down what makes him tick.

But let’s start from the beginning.

Special guest comedians Pat McGann and Pete Correale took the stage before Maniscalco’s main stage performance.

“McGann and Correale are my openers, but they are complete performers on their own,” Maniscalco told the New York Post exclusively. announced that it has extended its tour until 2025.

This Right.

After the final joke of Correale’s set, the evening’s headliner walked onto the stage in a half-Mets, half-Yankees bomber jacket that perfectly captured the Big Apple aesthetic.

He immediately launched into what turned out to be an extraordinary live performance with his usual humor, quick wit, slow roll delivery and on-stage moves. Of course, the crowd ate it up.

What’s more, Maniscalco told The Post that he’s “enjoying the tour more” this time around. For one, his wife and children are joining him for certain parts of the tour, and he’s performing on a triangular stage to interact more with the audience.

Compared to previous specials, ‘It Ain’t Right’ is somewhat feels more relatable. Sure, the material is universal, but what sets this apart from Maniscalco’s past work is how he chats with the audience during the show. This improvisational element was a refreshing twist on the stereotypical stand-up routines where comedians deliver perfected routines, and it made the 17,000-plus-member arena seem like you were at a Sunday dinner table , The garden where the Knicks and Rangers play.

Wherever you see Maniscalco in 2024 or ’25, you can expect the unexpected. Before the night I attended, Jerry Seinfeld He made an appearance that *everyone* was excited about. Who knows? Maybe one of your favorite comics will appear at a show you’re attending.

But no matter who shows up, you’ll still get to see Sebastian, and in our opinion, that’s well worth the ticket price.

Final decision: Maniscalco shines on one of his best tours yet. Literally delightfully entertaining and arresting, this unique headliner proves once again that he is one of the best in the business. Don’t miss him when he comes to a venue near you.
