Malware Software Provider Claims Agency Aims to Dodge Payment

Sirius Federal LLC says the US Defense Information Systems Agency owes it over $15 million for breaching a task order to provide Cisco software licenses and malware protection services.

The failure to fully pay can’t be justified by what the agency’s contracting officer called a lack of appropriations, Sirius said in a complaint filed Sept. 20 with the US Court of Federal Claims.
