Jokic is one of the NBA’s brightest stars and is considered one of the best centers of all time at age 29. Coming off an NBA Championship, players will look to leverage Jokic’s diverse skill set to win championships in NBA 2K25.

Dallas Mavericks guard Luka Doncic is coming off an incredible playoff run that took the Mavericks to the NBA Finals. Doncic is a high-scoring guard who allows players to use his exceptional offense from all over the perimeter. Despite maintaining his 97 player rating from NBA 2K24, Doncic shares the best player rating title with Jokic and the next attempt in NBA 2K25.

The two-time NBA MVP winner joins Luka Doncic and Nikola Jokic in rounding out the top three rated players in NBA 2K25, with a 97 player rating. Antetokounmpo is the model of consistency in the NBA 2K series, earning his fifth consecutive player rating above 95. In a game where only eight athletes have a player rating of 95 or higher, Antetokounmpo continues to dominate thanks to his strong defense and dunking abilities.

A star for the Oklahoma City Thunder, Gigeous-Alexander stands out as the only player on his team with a rating above 90 in NBA 2K25. However, Gigeous-Alexander’s all-around game will always be enough to hold his own against NBA 2K25’s most prolific players.

The 2023 NBA MVP rounds out the top five player ratings in NBA 2K25, as Embiid’s all-around skills at the 76ers Center earn him a positive rating once again in NBA 2K25. Joel Embiid has been an elite player in the NBA 2K series for the past five years, but since NBA 2K23, Embiid has become one of the best in the game, with his third player rating above 95. 76ers fans will have a great time checking in on their favorite big man in NBA 2K25.

While the top five players in NBA 2k25 sit above the rest of the league, the other players in the top 25 can also compete head-to-head with the top five players. Four-time NBA MVP LeBron James leads the rest of the pack with an NBA 2k25 Player Rating of 95. Other standout stars in the top 10 include Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry and NBA Finals Champion and Boston Celtics superstar Jayson Tatum.
