Golf tournament at St. Marys benefits early college students

PARKERSBURG, WV (WTAP) — A golf tournament is helping students in Ritchie and Pleasants Counties go to college.

The Frank Deem Memorial Golf Tournament is a fundraiser organized by the West Virginia University Parkersburg Foundation to support early college scholarships.

The tournament will begin at 09:00 on Saturday, September 7th at St. Marys Golf Course.

The tournament participation fee is $200 for teams of 4.
