Delain returns with new single Dance With The Devil, announces EP in November

Delain releases new single Dance with the Devil.

“We are really excited and eager to share this new Delain song with the world,” says keyboardist Martijn Westerholt. “It captures Delain’s recognizable and signature sound with a fresh and modern twist.”

He continues: “We’re so excited to have brand new material ready to go! In addition to the new songs, it was great to capture some of the magical live moments from our European tour earlier this year as live tracks for the EP. We’re absolutely thrilled for this release and really looking forward to bringing the new music to the stage!”

Weterholt also comments: Dance with the Devil music video: “This video was shot the day after we performed at Summer Breeze in Germany. We were still pumped with adrenaline from that show and we were so happy we could bring that energy into the video. We had so much fun!

“The video is a dramatized depiction of the struggle between good and evil. It’s a battle we all wage both within ourselves and without.”

Delain has released her latest album, Dark WatersIn 2023. This was their first release mass exodus of former members Charlotte Wessels (vocals), Timo Somers (guitar), Otto Schimmelpenninck van der Oije (bass) and Joey de Boer (drums). Westerholt, who founded Delain, left the band as its sole member. The line-up is now completed with Diana Leah (vocals), Ronald Landa (guitar), Ludovico Cioffi (bass) and Sander Zoer (drums).

Delain will be touring the UK and Ireland in November, followed by the Netherlands in January. They will play additional dates in North America from January to March. See their full live schedule at: Delain website.
