A massive fire broke out at Tata’s iPhone factory in Tamil Nadu’s Krishnagiri on Saturday morning. The fire started at around 05.30 in the morning in the company’s mobile phone accessories painting unit.

Many workers were working in the factory when the fire broke out. However, seven fire trucks were deployed to extinguish the fire and evacuate all employees from the building.

Approximately 1,500 workers were working on the first shift at the time of the incident. While the cause of the fire is being investigated, there were no injuries in the incident.

Several videos have surfaced online showing thick smoke rising from the production facility.

Our emergency protocols ensured that all our employees were safe. The cause of the fire is under investigation and we will take necessary measures to protect the interests of our employees and other stakeholders.” “

A senior police official said three workers suffering from respiratory problems were taken to hospital for treatment and their condition was stable. More than 100 police personnel have been deployed to assist the affected areas, the official said.
