Founded in Germany in 2007, Statista operates from 13 locations worldwide and employs around 1,100 professionals.

Methodology

Boston Globe and Statista have partnered to determine, for the first time, the “Best Real Estate Brokerages in New England.” This ranking is based on a comprehensive analysis of Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data, including property listings, sales, and agent information. Brokers are identified by their MLS ID and may represent individual teams. Four key performance indicators were used to evaluate brokerage performance: revenue, price performance, sales volume, and success rate. Additionally, regional expertise was considered in the evaluation for state-specific top listings.
