Bulls’ NBA 2K25 ratings are 100% wrong

Bulls’ NBA 2K25 ratings are 100% wrong

NBA 2K player ratings were released earlier this summer, and seeing what everyone is getting is a fun part of the NBA offseason. There hasn’t been any NBA basketball for fans to watch over the summer, so NBA 2K is something that helps fans get through the offseason. The Chicago Bulls have a few new faces on the team this year, and it was interesting to see how they all graded, as well as what grades were given to all the returning Bulls.

These ratings are fun to see because yes, this is a video game, but they are obviously based on real-world performance and can also change based on real-world performance. If a player is having a great season and their rating isn’t very high, it can be updated and adjusted based on their new level of play. This goes both ways. If a player is consistently struggling, their rating will likely drop.

The Bulls are a fun team to watch in NBA 2K because of all the young players they have. A lot of these guys don’t have a lot of NBA experience, so there’s definitely a lot of room for their ratings to change. The Bulls also have big-name stars like Zach LaVine and Lonzo Ball, and it’s always fun to see what ratings those guys get. Here are the ratings For every player on the Bulls roster:

Zach Lavine: 83

Nikola Vucevic: 81

Coby White: 81

Josh Giddey: 79

Lonzo Ball: 79

Ayo Dosunmu: 78

Jalen Smith: 77

Patrick Williams: 76

Horton-Tucker Skills: 75

Torrey Craig: 74

Dalen Terry: 73

Kenneth Lofton Jr.: 73

Jevon Carter: 73

Matas Buzelis: 72

Chris Duarte: 72

Julian Phillips: 70

Onuralp Finish: 70

Adam Sanogo: 68

Everyone has different opinions on NBA 2K ratings, and it’s hard for everyone to agree on which player has the right or wrong rating. For the most part, the video game seems to do a pretty good job of rating these Bulls players, but there are two ratings that could change when the next ratings update occurs.

Jalen Smith: 77 overall, 83 3-pointers, 80 dunks

There aren’t many players on the Bulls with a lower overall rating than their three-point and dunk rating, but Jalen Smith is one of them. Those two things aren’t the only things that go into the rating, but it’s still something that doesn’t happen very often.

Jalen Smith should be closer to 80 overall. His 83 three-point rating is accurate, and his shooting ability is one of the things that makes him such a good player. He’s one of the most intriguing picks for the Bulls this season, and it wouldn’t be surprising to see his NBA 2k rating increase in the future.

Matas Buzelis: 72 overall, 73 three-pointers, 87 dunks

This rating for rookie Matas Buzelis isn’t necessarily wrong, as he has yet to play in an NBA game, so it’s hard to fully understand how good a player he’ll be. He’s another player on the Bulls with lower overall value than his three-point and dunk ratings.

This is more of a guess here. When new 2K ratings come out in the future, Matas Buzelis will have improved his game greatly. He is one of the most intriguing rookies to come into the league this season and is expected to be in the running for Rookie of the Year. The biggest things to look out for Buzelis are his size and three-point shooting. If he can add more muscle, greatly improve his defense, and add a better deep-ball shot to his arsenal, he will be a tough player to stop.
