Data Dynamics introduces AI-powered self-service software for comprehensive data management

Unstructured data management company Data Dynamics Inc. Today, it introduced new AI-powered self-service data management software that helps organizations approach risk management, privacy, sovereignty optimization, and sustainability across their data ecosystems.

Dubbed “Zubin,” the new software is designed to lead organizations with confidence and clarity in the AI era while championing the core principles of digital trust and data democracy. The software creates a unified, seamless process that promotes accountability and consistency across the organization with a broad vision to strengthen citizen data rights.

Zubin aims to help organizations cope with the increasing impact of AI and the demand for data privacy that creates both opportunities and risks. Data Dynamics argues that businesses face a strategic challenge of balancing customer expectations, regulatory obligations, and the need for innovation, especially at a time when 80% of enterprise data is unstructured and unmanaged, making data accuracy a challenge for AI modeling.

The new software overcomes these challenges by providing organizations with centralized data management and decentralized data control. It does so through a do-it-yourself service framework that puts data ownership, control, and action directly in the hands of data and application owners. The company says the approach places transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship at the core of enterprise data management operations.

The new service empowers every user to discover, define, act on, transform, and audit data through a self-service, low-code interface. Zubin also delivers detailed insights, recommends workflows, automates actions, and ensures security and governance through role-based access control processes, bringing consistency and standardization across the organization.

Zubin has six core capabilities for modern data governance: data privacy, risk and access management in AI, data sovereignty, data owner authorization, role-based views of data, and data governance in hybrid cloud. Together, Data Dynamics claims, these transform how organizations process their data to keep it secure, compliant, and optimized for the diverse demands of the digital age.

“In a world consumed with AI use cases and applications, providing transparency in data management is critical to building digital trust between businesses and their customers,” said Chief Executive Officer Piyush Mehta. “Zubin… puts the power of data management directly in the hands of users by fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.”

According to the data, Data Dynamics is a venture capital-backed startup that has raised $9 million in funding. From TracxnThe company’s investors also include DH Capital and Gilead Group.
