DANDADAN Shares English Dubbed Trailer Ahead of October Premiere

Official social media account From Danda shared a post today reminding us that the highly anticipated supernatural anime series will be released next month. The post was accompanied by a new trailer for the series, which has been dubbed into English.

This is the first time we’ve heard the English voice cast, which includes:

For those who don’t know, From Danda It is an anime adaptation of the manga written by Yukinobu Tatsu. The story, heavily inspired by supernatural and paranormal themes, follows two high school students, one of whom believes in ghosts but not aliens, and the other of whom believes in aliens but not ghosts.

As they try to prove to each other that what they believe is real, they each encounter paranormal events that lead to them both gaining powers. The official synopsis is as follows:

This is a story about Momo, a high school girl who comes from a family of spiritual mediums, and her classmate Okarun, who is an occult fanatic. After Momo saves Okarun from being bullied, they start talking. However, an argument breaks out between them because Momo believes in ghosts but denies the existence of aliens, and Okarun believes in aliens but denies the existence of ghosts.

To prove to each other that what they believe is real, Momo goes to an abandoned hospital where a UFO was seen and Okarun goes to a tunnel that is said to be haunted. Each of them encounters overwhelming paranormal activities that are beyond comprehension. In the midst of these dilemmas, Momo awakens her hidden power and Okarun gains the power of a curse to overcome these new dangers! Their fated love affair begins!?

The story of the mysterious war and adolescence begins!
