This Wednesday at 10 PM ET/PT, Comedy Central would like to inform us that: Everyone Still Hates Chris – and the network has released an official trailer and new preview images for the series star and producer Chris Rock‘s animated revival of the live-action sitcom. But that’s not all, because we also have a ton of casting news to pass along — Comedy Central has announced the all-star guest lineup of voices you’ll be hearing this season (and there are a lot of them)…

Everybody Still Hates Chris will star Chris Rock (“Rustin,” “Fargo”) as “Adult Chris,” a character whose stories are inspired by his own experiences growing up as a skinny nerd in a working-class family in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn in the late 1980s. Terry Crews (“America’s Got Talent,” “Brooklyn Nine-Nine”) will voice Chris’ father, “Julius,” a gentle giant with a relentless work ethic and a miserly approach to life. Growing up dirt poor, he knows the price of everything down to the penny. He works two jobs to support the family and takes on a third on his days off. Tichina Arnold (“The Neighborhood”) will voice Chris’ mother, “Rochelle,” who is intelligent, strong-willed, and a caring soul, but can also be fiery, especially when it comes to her children. She takes no nonsense, so she quits more jobs in a month than most people do in a lifetime.

Features of the animated series Tim Johnson Jr. (Saturdays) as young Chris, a nerd who wants to be cool – but is overshadowed by his younger brother, tormented by his little sister, and thwarted by his stingy father, and Ozioma Akagha (Delilah) as Tonya, Chris’ angel-faced but evil-hearted, ill-tempered younger sister, who gets along well with her middle brother Drew but takes every opportunity to get Chris into trouble. Also, Terrence Little Gardenhigh (Danger Force) gives voice to Drew, the family’s golden boy, the epitome of Black Excellence: handsome, athletic, womanizing, taller and cooler than his older brother Chris Gunnar Sizemore (Kung Fu Panda) voices Greg, Chris’s only friend in school, who is obsessed with girls and is raised by a status-obsessed single father.
